I ordered a few kitchen items and, i was mostly just paying attention to whether they arrived on time and in good shape. The delivery took longer than the estimate, and one of the items had visible scratches, which was hard to ignore. I didn’t really focus much on the packaging or smaller details because those two things were what mattered to me. When I contacted support, they got back to me late and basically just told me to wait. The prices are decent, but the whole experience felt a bit disorganized. I’m not sure I’d order again.
